If you see your mother or wife talking at the top of their voice, ask what is stressing them off lately. If your boyfriend/ husband speaks less, ask them what makes them feel so low. If your kids have suddenly stopped talking to you, ask if they were bullied or not.

Ask!!!

It solves many problems in life if your approach is positive. There can be many reasons why someone is so stressed. After all, there is so much happening around us that it makes us vulnerable or feel overwhelmed.

There is a verse in Bhagwat Gita that says,

"

For him who has conquered the mind, the mind is the best of friends; but for one who has failed to do so, his mind will remain the greatest enemy.

Bhagvad Gita

For example, If you have an important test, your reaction to that stress may help your body work harder and make you stay awake a little longer.  However, when stressors persist without release or moments of relaxation, it becomes a problem, so yelling out louder helps a lot.
