Why We Should Have a Regular Workout Regime

A Key to Combat Diseases

A regular Workout Regime will improve our heart health, and a stronger heart will boost our energy and add years to your Life.

It’s always great to have a pain-free, healthy life.

You may be thinking that what is mentioned in the previous lines is similar to Online transactions or UPI payments then why a new digital currency? You’re thinking it right because from the consumer end it’s similar. Now thinking from the banking end, when you pay someone using UPI then you receive a notification of that amount of money debited from your account and the receiver gets the same message of the same amount of money getting credited. But no money is transferred from your bank account to the other person. Banks do these transactions after a decided interval by themselves. Banks don’t transfer these small amounts among each other every day. With the introduction of the digital rupee, the system will change and the money will be transferred at the same moment during online transactions.

Is your Body Weight still a Problem?

Our body’s metabolism reduces as we age, which leads to weight gain. Eventually, we become lazy and less driven. So one needs to stay active if one wants to burn those extra calories.

Try to increase your NEAT(Non-exercise activity thermogenesis). These activities will keep us active the entire day instead of just 30 minutes of moderate exercise in a day.

Consistency is the key here.

Have you ever heard about Natural Mood Boosters?

Have you ever felt that sense of joy and peace after a short walk or a lite jog?

Exercise is the best way to destress yourself from a stressful day. The chemicals released after a good workout will make you feel more relaxed, calm, and less anxious.

So next time, if you want a dose of happy hormones, go outdoors and enjoy a good walk, a jog, or have a regular workout regime in the fresh air.

How well do you Sleep at Night?

Sleep is a significant factor in our lives to maintain a healthy lifestyle. If you have trouble sleeping, consider exercising daily to get back to your 7-8 hours of restful Sleep. That is when the magic happens.

Our body recovers and rejuvenates, and you feel refreshed the next day.

Exercise boosts confidence

Studies have shown that regular exercising/ workout regime has helped individuals boost their self-image and self-confidence.
