Moderate to intense workouts 3-5 times a week helps to improve our endurance, boost our energy and help us feel more energetic and happy.
So mix and match your workouts to keep them more exciting and challenging. Throw in some intense cardio or a good strength training session, and go on a short jog or a brisk walk. These help a lot.
