The hockey world is excited as the much-anticipated World Cup 2023 is officially underway! Odisha is hosting the Hockey World 2023, which ends today. Starting from the 13th of January 2023, the tournament happened in the beautiful cities of Bhubaneswar and Rourkela in Odisha at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar and the Birsa Munda Stadium in Rourkela. The men’s Hockey World Cup is a historic moment for Odisha and India.

Not only that, some celebrities would perform on Dot Fest, Bhubaneswar, daily. The inaugural ceremony saw stars such as Ranveer Singh, Pritam, and his band performing for the crowd, uplifting the whole spirit of the hockey game in Odisha. 

The tournament has already seen some thrilling matches, and the level of play has been spectacular. The host nation, India, has been performing well and receiving tremendous support from the home crowd. The fans have been increasingly supporting their team, creating an electric atmosphere at the stadium.
