Two medium-sized ripe mangoes

1.5 cups whole milk (chilled or at room temperature)

1-3 tablespoons sugar (optional, adjust according to the sweetness of the mangoes)

2-3 ice cubes (optional)

High Protein- Mango Milkshake


  1. Prepare the Mangoes
  2. Rinse and pat dry them
  3. Peel and chop the mangoes.

Blend the ingredients well

  1. Add the chopped mangoes to a blender jar.
  2. Pour in 1.5 cups of whole milk.
  3. If needed, add 1-3 tablespoons of sugar.
  4. Optionally, add 2-3 ice cubes.
  5. Blend the ingredients until your milkshake is smooth and creamy. Ensure there are no chunks of mangoes.
  6. Taste the milkshake; if it’s not sweet enough, add more sugar and blend again.
  7. Serve well and pour the mango milkshake into glasses.
