At the age of 40, Anne, with her fitness, has proved that age is just a number.

Her fitness regimen includes working an hour in the morning for 5 days. 

Her nutrition coach Jackie Keller also said she usually follows an Anti-inflammatory diet and prioritizes adequate rest.

Anne practices yoga three to five times a week and usually practices Bikram yoga.

She personally believes that it is vital to love your body.

According to Popsugar, Hathaway’s commitment to a vegetarian menu was initially motivated by the book Eating Animals by Jonathan Safran Foer. Most recently, the celebrity adopted a “raw vegan” diet in preparation for her role in WeCrashed.

This type of diet consists of raw meals or foods cooked at temperatures between 40 and 48 °C or below.

Anne has previously stated that she modifies her workout routines according to the roles she plays in different movies.

But her workouts are mainly limited to cardio, resistance training, weight lifting, and kettlebell training. 

In an article in Shape magazine, it was said that Anne likes the following food: miso soup, brown rice salad, vegan chicken fried steak, tempeh club avocado sandwich with gluten-free bread, vegetarian egg rolls, egg white frittatas, etc.

Anne Hathaway did acknowledge that she enjoys sweets and regularly consumes chocolate chip cookies, surge brownies, marble cake, etc. 

She also became an internet sensation for how she eats cupcakes after claiming she “stopped a party” with her cupcake hack, as she shared on the Kelly Clarkson show.

Anne Hathaway’s trainer Don Saladino revealed her non-negotiables to Anne’s approach to feeling and looking her best.

Don revealed in an interview with Chalkboard magazine that she always stays hydrated.
