2. Turn off notification

Notification bells can be irritating and can be distracting at times. Thankfully, we can silence or block those notifications on our mobile phones these days.   

3. Don't sleep next to your phone

Sleeping next to your mobile phone prolongs your mobile use, affects the quality of your sleep, or may even cause headaches. It is always advisable not to sleep next to your mobile phones. 

4. Delete the Application for a few days

At times, we end up getting addicted to a particular application. To break this habit, we can delete an application for some days.

5. Keep your phone out of sight
